Corporate Executive Pastry Chef

After baking under the guidance of James Beard-nominated pastry queen Hedy Goldsmith for the Genuine Hospitality Group, and subsequently working as Pastry Chef de Partie at Alter, Devin Braddock joined Blue Collar and Mignonette as Corporate Executive Pastry Chef just over a year and a half ago. Braddock took over the Pastry side of both restaurants, working with Chef/Owner Daniel Serfer’s existing favorites but also quickly asserting her own voice while complementing each restaurant’s unique style. Braddock, 27, has found her stride, creating dishes that convey a sense of nostalgia for the mature palate. It’s her sheer determination though, that shows she is on her way to making a big splash in the Miami culinary scene
